Pilates is an unique form of exercise aimed to increase strength, flexibility, endurance and coordination without bulk or risking injury. We do that by focusing on core stability which includes pelvic and shoulder girdle stabilization. Increasing strength in our abdominal muscles as well as our erector spinal muscles, this will help maintain alignment of our spine. Pilates is for EVERYBODY! Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. A towel or mat can be used if desired.
